| Register detail | Why the lookout keeps it | How long it stays in the logbook |
|---|---|---|
| Nickname | The name Huckle calls you on the reels | Until you delete the account yourself |
| Email address | Matching you to your register entry at log-in | Until you delete the account yourself |
| Password hash | Checking your password without us ever holding it | Until you delete the account yourself |
| Sign-up date | Answering support and handling abuse reports | Until you delete the account yourself |
The list stops there. Huckle never asks for your real name, your address, your birthday or your phone number, and no payment detail is ever wanted, since nothing on the ridge is for sale. Your password is kept only as a one-way hash. Lawful basis: performance of a contract (the account you asked us for). Press the button on your account page and the whole entry is gone at once.
| Register detail | What the note is for | How long it stays in the logbook |
|---|---|---|
| Haypile balance, level, missions and settings | Carrying on with your game | Until you wipe the browser’s data |
| Age confirmation | Asking the cookie question once, not on each page climbed | Until you wipe the browser’s data |
| Cookie choice | Keeping your cookie answer on record | Until you wipe the browser’s data |
Those notes stay on your device; none of them travel up to us.
Pick “Accept all” and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags tally visits and whether our adverts led anyone to play, a first spin for example. Google is then sent your IP address, device information and those events. With “Essential only” the tags idle in consent mode: no cookies set, no advertising identifiers in use. Lawful basis: consent.
The web host that carries the lookout keeps routine request logs briefly, as a security measure. Lawful basis: legitimate interests.
You may access, correct, erase or restrict your data whenever you wish, object to how it is processed, and take back consent. Deleting your account on its page wipes the account data on the spot; wiping this site’s data in the browser sweeps away what remains. To complain, contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Huckle lets only adults of 19 or over up the switchbacks. Every reel on the ridge turns on virtual coins with no monetary value, and those coins are never bought, sold, withdrawn or exchanged. The tower has no coin shop and no payment page and hands out no prizes of real-world value. And success here does not imply future success at real-money gambling, however kind the lupins have been.
